Exactly when does the royalty percent move up?

I have it on 63% at the moment and i just got past $2500 in total sales, so it should switch up to 64%... does it go up the 1th of next month? Or something went wrong again, and i have to open a support ticket like it was the case previously with 61, 62, and 63?
