Calendering is a forming process which involves passing a solid material under pressure between generally hot metal roll which rotate in opposite directions and are cut by a blade to obtain the desired size.

According to the principle of a three-point forming circle, the change of relative position and the rotational movement of the work roller cause the sheet metal plate to produce a continuous plastic deformation to obtain the predetermined shape of the workpiece.

This type of manual or motorised roller sheet metal calendaring machine is widely used in boiler, shipbuilding, chemical, metal structure, ornamental ironwork and machinery manufacturing industries.

DESCRIPTION:
3-roller bending machine generally takes two bottom rollers as active roller and one top roller can move vertically up and down.

FEATURES
The design was made in such a way that no welding machine is needed, the calendering machine is completely disassembled, and recycled materials can be used. It can also be assembled and disassembled to the TABLE or WELDING BENCH, as its base has 4 5/8" holes that match the holes in the table.

DIMENSIONS:
63 cm long x 16 cm wide x 23.5 cm high.

FOLDED CAPACITY:
40 cm wide and thicknesses up to 14 gauge sheet.

3 38mm diameter roller shafts (two lower rollers are 16.5" long and one upper roller is 14" long)
4 6003 ZZ bearings for the lower roller
2 x 6002 ZZ bearings for the upper roller
2 pieces of metal 6.25"*6.75" for the side support (10mm thick)
2 chain sprockets and one chain
2 x 5/8" NC bolts (5" long)
2 x 5/16" half-thread bolts with lock nuts (5" long)
4 1/4" socket head cap screws (1.125" long)
12 5/16" socket head cap screws (0.75" length)
4 x #10 3/16" (0.375" long) allen screws
2 pcs. of 4" * 1.25" (20mm thick) metal parts.
